Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Stant Engine Coolant Thermostat and Water Outlet Assembly by Chris Pettway

This item from Audi costs 157.00 and a lot.

This Audi part costs 157.00 and is very comparable to local car dealerships. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER. This $57 coin gave me a lot of trouble. After installing on a 2003 Audi a4 1.8t, this thing leaked in two of the three bolts due to the bolts holding the cases together. After pulling again (2 hour process) all the bolts and gaskets put back together, the system bled again, I get freezing HEAT and as soon as the car starts it wants to overheat. the bottom branch pipe to TSTAT is cold in the ice and the other cooling pipes are hot as well. Back to Audi for a GENUINE OEM PART before I burn my engine.

Pros
  • Product Dimensions: 17.018cm (L) x 13.208cm (W) x 10.414cm (H)
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
