The support team is amazing! They are always available to answer questions or help me with any issue I have even if its just "what's up?" It helps that their website has an easy-to navigate layout so it makes finding information much easier than having to go searching through multiple pages of info/newsletters etc., which could get pretty confusing at times when you're not sure where something was posted from (if there were posts in between). We use this system primarily as our booking engine but also sometimes post news articles we want people to see because often other places will only publish things about them once they've gone live while here users can catch these before anywhere else does - great resource!! As far as what would be nice improvements? Maybe some more ways for non techies like myself to create bookings without needing someone who understands coding behind my desk helping out :) Definitely recommend using jewel.
