Review on 🔒 IMS 322100-BLK: Black Plastic Replacement Gas Cap for Screw Type Fuel Tanks by Paul Wall

I had a bit of a problem with it not fitting easily into the threads of my IMS tank at first. When I called the manufacturer they scratched the back of their head and said it should fit easily. Maybe my aging IMS tank plastic will shift a bit? However, I decided to put some light oil on the threads of the tank before trying the cap again. I was able to do that with more strength than I would have liked. I did this with a full tank to avoid opening the lid if possible. Three weeks later I removed the cap at the gas station. It came back with no problems and has been working great ever since.
