Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

The pillow, which belongs in the neck region, rests on the very top of the back with its lower edge (height 176), causing cumulative injury that eventually causes back pain. After removing the cover as far as it would go and realizing that the pillow could not be pulled out in one motion, the pillow was put back together and sold on eBay.

Pros: Normal regular chair. You won't get a "WOW" effect, but you won't be disappointed either. Has cons: no deficiencies were identified.
