I like how easy it is to use! It’s so simple that we didn't even realize there was anything else you could do with their service until after our first month of using them as well. They don't have any customer support at all when things go wrong or if it's just something they can help me fix in-house rather than having someone from outside call us about problems (which doesn't happen very often). We are using this website to host an online store where people buy products directly through our platform without ever leaving their computer/mobile device. This makes sure no one goes anywhere near a physical storefront which helps keep costs down but also means fewer sales overall since many customers prefer not dealing face-to-face anymore.
