This umbrella is of top quality and the customer service by this company is superb. It’s design is very sturdy, heavy duty steel and looks exactly as advertised. Great umbrella but needs very very heavy stand. Mine has blown over several times but none of the spines have broken however the canopy has been torn because it is not very sturdy. The umbrella did not come with a cover which was disappointing because the canopy is not very substantial.should be heavier material because of the size.

This umbrella is great for sitting in a rain storm but not perfect!Because the design involves two umbrellas, the fabric between the center point and each umbrella collects water which then fills to then pour down your back as if you’ve been dosed with Gatorade after winning the big game! Would pay a higher price if it included a proper base.

My wife and I love this umbrella. It's huge but it does shade my entire 6 person patio table. It's easy to open and close and seems to be made sturdy. It does tend to rotate in the wind as it is basically a large sail. It's only been up for a month but it still looks great. Hope it continues to last as my wife wants to buy a second one for our patio chaise lounge chairs ;)

The pole was thicker! Bigger than a regular size umbrella. It did not fit in the hole in our patio table. We returned it That's my feedback.

Love this patio umbrella. It’s even bigger and better than I thought! We can sit under it completely in the rain even! It’s under our lanai here in FL but on not a covered area. And I love the fact that it isn’t green or tan too! It’s very heavy duty and works great, easy to crank up and take down, it’s not light though, which is good, especially here in high winds. This was so easy to assemble! Straight out of the box and up it went. Please note it does not come with a base which I had to purchase separately. The light that came with it does not fit as well it is too small…despite this few minor things….I love it!

Pretty happy with this umbrella - I got it to replace a cantilever one which was hard to manage. I can easily get 3 lounges under it; maybe 4. A bit heavier than a standard size umbrella but operates the same way. I could install it myself. Just got it so can’t speak to how it will hold up but delivery and set up were great and it’s a perfect size.

Seemed to work ok for a few weeks until one morning just doesn’t work. Turns out the pulley rope was broken :( Evidently, a replacement is not available anytime soon so the vendor has agreed to refund purchase price.that's decent customer service for sure.

It so perfect! And HUGE. The pole is sturdy, no issues with joints/hardware yet. And the vents at the top do a better job of redirecting wind than I expected

We loved the shape, size, and pole construction and price point of this umbrella. And while we were not expecting the fabric to be fancy, it was clear that's how this product able to be value engineered to this price point. We returned it on the grounds that we didn't feel the fabric was sturdy enough to make it through a normal Boston summer.
