This umbrella is of top quality and the customer service by this company is superb. It’s design is very sturdy, heavy duty steel and looks exactly as advertised. It was very well packaged and very simple to set up. I bought a heavy duty wrought iron base and I haven’t had any issues with it topping over or spinning. It fits perfectly off my back patio as it is rectangular in shape and I wanted extra shade for our sitting area. I don’t leave it open if it’s breezy/windy as I don’t want to take a chance of ruining it. The canopy material is soft, but thick enough to keep the sun off and a very beautiful color.A few weeks after using it, I noticed a corner of the canopy’s material was fraying and developing small holes. The rest of the canopy’s material was doing fine so I contacted the company. My eligible return date had already expired, but was so content to hear from this company that they wanted to assure me that I would be 100% satisfied with their product. All they asked for was a few pictures and they quickly sent me a replacement canopy of the exact same color and quality.Their commitment in honoring their customer’s satisfaction is outstanding and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this umbrella because this company stands behind their product! Thank you for honoring your promise.
