GREAT Customer Service!

I liked this umbrella when I purchased it last summer, I LOVE it now. The umbrella blew off my second story deck and landed on the ground. The only thing damaged was a plastic piece that kept the canvas in place. I sent an email to the customer service at SUPERJARE on a FRIDAY evening and had a response within hours, less than 4 days later, I have the replacement part for my umbrella. I am astonished at how quickly they have responded and followed up with sending the replacement. I strongly recommend this company. This kind of service is so rarely found. Excellent job SUPERJARE!
