It's terrible at oral pain relief.

I bought this as my first night protection against grinding my teeth at night. That's the most uncomfortable. I bought oral b 1 at work tonight, they are as different as day and night.

Pros

DOUBLE SIDED: Unlike most other mouthguards, our mouthguards are reversible, which can cushion and protect both the top and bottom of your teeth. This means that you only have to wear one mouthguard instead of two.
