One person's pain is another's pleasure. However, after more than two decades behind the wheel, there is a basis for comparison. After the summer, you'll really appreciate how quiet these tires are. When the roads are wet, however, even a light touch on the brakes is enough to trigger the anti-lock brake system (ABS), therefore it's best to slow down considerably and avoid accelerating above 60 miles per hour. And generally speaking in frosts on ice, the car has its own life, going where it wants to go in space. The bottom line is that upgrading to class A tires is worth the extra cash.
- There is hardly much noise. Inexpensive.
- They don't slow down at all while they're on ice. Braking is quite difficult on wet pavement.
