The ease of creating different schedules at once using filters! I can have multiple people working from home or out with their own schedule that they update as needed without having to email back-and-forth constantly about changes being made. Also it makes sending those updates really easy when you're trying not to spread yourself too thin while doing your job duties efficiently.-The cost has been prohibitively high compared to other services we've used previously (especially considering how many employees use this service). As an employer providing benefits through our insurance provider who does offer more affordable options but requires annual subscriptions instead of monthly ones like most providers do; there isn't very much flexibility if someone wants/needs something done outside normal business hours because only 1 subscription covers us during nonbusiness hours which means no way around paying extra money each month just so we don’t get charged overages.
