I weigh 140 pounds, waist 29-30 inches, am fit but not fat. The little ones fit well. The quality is excellent, the material is pleasant to the touch, soft but not silky. This gives a good stretch. Although I wouldn't mind if it contained more spandex. The material is thick enough that you can't see what's underneath, unlike some chests of this style.
