I like that we can create different modules with our own content (like forms), but also access them from any device via mobile or desktop web browsers without the need to install software for each person who needs information. That was one thing when all employees had PCs they could use at their desks - now everyone has tablets/phones so this makes it easier! We are currently working on updating some older documents into an online format which will be much more secure than having hard copies around. This helps keep us compliant as well since old files become obsolete quickly if not updated regularly. Very nice tool overall, easy-to-use interface and very helpful customer support team!! Nothing really specific right off hand except maybe being able to pull up reports easily by department instead of hunting down hardcopies would make things quicker! Great product though and highly recommended. Have reduced paper usage significantly while improving accessibility through ease of finding data needed anywhere anytime.
