Review on Business Service Catalogue by Robert Berio

I like how easy it was for me to create all my different projects, tasks / sub-tasks etc in one place with this tool! Also very clear instructions from support team at every step along way ensuring no issues after purchase/ implementation (which we had none!). The interface could be more modernized - not so cluttered looking which makes working through some screens less efficient than you'd expect when using an 'old' PC desktop computer system. Easy to use by those who are new to project management tools also helps ease any worries of "what if" questions related to functionality once implemented. This helped us greatly during our move into Project Management within IT Operations here @ work.
