At first I thought it was great, but the tape just wouldn't stay in the 'safety ring' or whatever the widget that holds the end of the group floppy is called when you wear it . I ended up buying a Garmin wrist strap and have been wearing it for months now with no problems. So the Garmin strap costs about twice as much, but it really works!
