Love this workout powder. I've been using workout blends consistently for the past 18 months or so, and have tried several different brands and approaches. I see more benefit from this powder than any other I've tried. The caffeine content is really high and I think that's at least partly responsible for that, but I've tried the extra caffeine with some of my other training powders as well and never did. I've had the same progress in training that I've seen over the past few weeks. I also like the taste - for me it's the same as that of a happy farmer. Since I've only been using it for a few weeks, I can't speak about long-term effects. Right now I would give 4.5 stars but I'll round it up because I'm really happy with it. I'm usually hesitant to give 5 stars, but this is currently my favorite workout blend and I have to differentiate it from others that I've given 4 stars.
