Bought these for our catchment area. They work well, several friends told us they use this one and it's life changing. This is especially helpful if you live in humid conditions and have snail debris. These filters filter them out. If you have a dual filtration system, I highly recommend using a fiber filter in the first canister and this charcoal filter in the second canister. You can see the difference in water quality when using this carbon filter. Now this is the only filter we use besides the yarn filter. We tried using only twine with no carbon filter, but the water quality was poor. Again, I recommend using this filter from now on!
