So, before I bought this, I had one of those shiny boxes with little pull-out trays. It was good when I was in college because it was easy to close, lock up and take with me on the go, but now that I live at home and have more makeup than before, I wanted a real makeup organizer that no storage box. I searched for a long time until I came across this one. I wanted an organizer with drawers, but I wasn't a fan of clear plastic. Nothing stood out until I saw that. It was actually out of stock when I found it and I waited weeks with it on my wish list for it to be back in stock so I could buy it. i really like it I was hesitant at first because many reviews mentioned minor imperfections and damage, but I hoped for the best and placed my order. When I received my organizer, the two front edges (or the top two if the top is open) were not glued securely together. It wasn't a big deal, but I was disappointed because the lid didn't close in the middle but in relation to the rest of the box. It was noticeable and I wanted to fix it as soon as possible. Luckily it was easily repaired with super glue and looked like new. There was no other cosmetic damage, the magnetic part works perfectly! I actually "tweaked" it a bit by removing the top drawer divider so I could fit all my pallets into the organizer. I'm actually very happy with my purchase after fixing it with my own hands and tweaking it a bit and I smile every time I look and see it in my room. I am usually very thrifty so it was hard for me to spend that much on an organizer but I really love it and think it was worth it. (Maybe I would have paid a little less since it was damaged, but since mine were easy to fix I didn't mind). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a lot of makeup/big palettes because I think it holds up quite a bit and looks very nice and professional when it's all closed.
