I had a water leak in my basement where the wall meets the floor. After it rained too much and the water had to be siphoned off, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately they didn't work for my purpose. They weren't fully absorbed (only half the tube was wet) and water was still seeping underneath. They really didn't matter. Of course, for small slow leaks, this worked and the leaks didn't increase. But for areas with more severe leaks, they didn't fare very well. But I still gave them 4 stars because they really work. They absorb water quickly and store enough liquid. It just didn't work for me, but maybe I should fix my basement instead of relying on the pigs.
