Review on BedMaid Mattress Protector Vanilla Ivory by Jamie Sanchez

Update: BedMaid took care of me. They sent a new set, although I would have settled for replacing the fitted sheet. Good customer service. Five stars! I had a set of the original version of these before they were called BedMaid and I ordered BedMaid sets for my mother in law and mother for Christmas. In the end we decided we needed a newer, improved version, so we ordered a set for ourselves. Overall they are fine except one of the zipper flaps had two small holes which is a downside to an otherwise good product. picture attached. We put on another zipped sheet and everything is fine, but I need to figure out how to replace the broken sheet. I could not find a way to contact the seller directly regarding this issue on the Revain website. So I'm posting this in reviews in hopes it resonates with the seller/supplier/manufacturer. Basically all we need is a king size greige linen zip sheet to replace the broken one. Thank you for any help you can provide.
