Best B2B Chat Software For Salesforce

The best thing about this software I think would be that it's very user friendly for new users like me who have no prior knowledge regarding any kind of chat services which makes learning easy as well as convenient at once time when compared to other similar softwares out there. Also having an option where we can integrate multiple chats such has facebook messenger etc., so one doesn't need to switch between different applications while chatting with clients over phone calls making everything more streamlined! Nothing really bad but nothing too good either just something small yet important i'd say could use improvement if anything. It was great because its easy-to-use interface allows even someone without much technical background easily navigate around hence increasing productivity especially during training times.

  • User friendliness, ease in navigation.
  • Relatively fast response from agents (when they're not busy)
  • Ease integration into various platforms used by customers/clients e g Facebook Messenger or Skype is pretty amazing considering all these features are available within same application thus saving lotsa money spent otherwise buying separate apps separately!! :)
