The fact that it is easy for new users as well, since I can't think any problems this product has had in my opinion so far! Also all features are really useful when you're using them correctly (as explained by their great documentation), but sometimes there seems nothing wrong with your setup or configuration which makes me wonder if something else might be going amiss! We use it together with HubSpot CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc., and we have been able to solve some issues regarding our account management process - like having an overview over what customers were signed up during the last weeks/months or even better being notified before somebody signs-up via certain channels e.g..
