I hoped these leggings would help me slim down during my runs, but they proved to be a complete letdown. Despite their claim to be compression leggings, they didn't offer any noticeable support. My legs looked even bigger in them, which was the opposite of what I needed. The only positive thing I could say about them is that the material was quite breathable. Through trial and error, I found that these leggings weren't worth my money. I would recommend looking for better options in the Sports and Outdoors category.
