I thought they came with straws for some reason but that's not the case. Or maybe they did and I just didn't get mine, who knows? If you're thinking of getting them for a similar price because of the included reusable mug, don't worry - I never got mine. As for the product itself, it is in perfect order. Sometimes the cup collapses when you try to put the lid on and your iced coffee explodes all over the kitchen, but that's only happened to me once. They are alright. You get what you pay for.
