EXACTLY AS PHOTO/DESCRIPTION

This heater is as advertised. It keeps my coffee warm. I've seen a few reviews that people are frustrated it doesn't make it hot but it's warmer. It keeps you warm. Also note that this works best if you have a mug with a relatively flat bottom.

SUITABLE FOR MOST CUPS: The cup warming plate has no groove so it is suitable for most types of cups, such as glass cups, stainless steel cups, ceramic cups, etc. We recommend using a flat cup bottom for better heating.
