I do not recommend these trays. They cannot be used in the oven without warping immediately. They are too expensive for this quality. I try to be honest with my reviews, but as you can see from the picture, the first use took less than two minutes and I had a WTF moment. The non-stick surface seemed great, but I always use parchment no matter what. The search for the best pan goes on. If you don't mind the creases on the pans they seem pretty good, otherwise they're big because of the nice coating and probably give your products a nice color based on a darker finish. Leaves.
