This strap is a must-have with a phone case. Can't use it without a case. As other reviewers say, it's difficult to put on. As they say, come on guys. suck it! Once you put it on, it won't move! I like it. They talk about that too. I'll admit if you talk on the phone for a while and use the strap, it feels uncomfortable, like the hard plastic digging into your upper arm and fingers. This isn't a problem for me as I also have a flexible phone holder that I keep by the bed when I want to change. Also, I take it as a hint to put MY PHONE away and go to bed lol! I think it might be less impractical with a smaller/lighter phone, I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I have a heavy water case. You will definitely need patience when trying to get the little pin into the hole, so try to make sure it sits where you want it. I've had to reconfigure it multiple times and it's a pain lol. But once I got it set to a setting that worked for me, I fell madly in love with it. I bought a transparent color which is NOT fully transparent, it is matte transparent/white. I wish they had an actual clear strap because I don't want it covering up my pretty phone cases (I like to change them regularly to match my clothes etc). I would rather have the design of my phone case visible through the strap. No big deal though. Before using this band, I tried the Roconotrip brand silicone band. I really liked this one, it was very easy to put on the phone case and it was soft. My complaint with this was that it was TOO soft and stretchy and my phone couldn't fit my hand well. I was worried that if I tightened it it would stretch too much and end up breaking and dropping my phone. So I switched to this Dracool. Dracool straps are more like hard vinyl and they won't break this century lol. Mine is now discoloring from regularly putting it in my pockets etc, but it will likely happen with any color. I don't think it's a deal breaker either. I would advise the designer to maybe look at other similar straps on the market and maybe forego the complicated pin-in-hole closure and instead use super glue to attach the two ends of the strap to the back of the phone case. This will greatly improve usability.
