Although this is an advertisement for a loop, it is not a floating loop like Hamilton Beach and Foreman. This means you won't be able to evenly cook four 1/3 size burgers. Although they match the surface, the back doesn't match the front. One of the oilers was broken upon arrival and the whole grill and parts didn't look good. All sorts of handles and things you could say will break over time. The coating is awful, doesn't even look like it has a coating and everything I've tried the burgers were still stuck to the top. Just the backs, because remember, there's no floating hinge to cook something with the back too. I hate to admit it, but Foreman is the best product. Buy it with removable panels, otherwise it will be difficult to clean.
