Cuter than I thought when my significant other chose this for our daughter! She loves the sounds it makes and the side lights are actually prompts to pour fake tea as well as different colors. Warning, I don't think it turns a volume on or off, or at least I haven't found one yet! and he WILL occasionally say something if he has been recently played with, but not too much, and will stop if he has been seated for only a short time. She loves it, he loves it, so a worthwhile purchase for a first tea set!
