Required a pair of heavy duty padlocks for panel to close shed and gate. They meet all requirements. I've been using them for almost a month now and so far they've "weathered" well. It's common for other outdoor padlocks to rust early, but not this one. The body of the lock is powder-coated in black enamel, the handle appears to be made of stainless steel. The four-digit combination wheel is easy to set up to unlock, and the code can be changed indefinitely. How durable they are remains to be seen, but so far so good. Good price.
