The fan would have been fine if not for a huge installation problem. How difficult it is to provide appropriate extensions. So disappointed in Vornado. I have 5 different Vornado fans and this one is a complete fiasco. The extension blocks are shorter than the fan itself. It can't be installed without the ridiculous gaps in the regular window. An image with instructions that comes with it and what it should look like after installation. You must come up with a better idea of how it works for a 37 inch window. What a disappointment. It's not me who's stuck with a fan I can't return. Never again.
