I have already bought Zepter monitors.

5 Stars - Beautiful display with no dead pixels. The perfect budget 4K display. 1 star. Less than two months later, the return window closed, and now the display is covered with thin, solid, evenly spaced, horizontal black lines. This is not a cable, GPU, or Windows issue. Send in for warranty service. TBCUpdate The RMA process (www.sceptre.com/warrantyservice.html) is relatively straightforward. Required photos:> Dear Scepter customer,>> Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your request further. In order to further process your request, we need to see images of the entire display screen when the display is on. Can you attach pictures of the issue you are having so we can help?>> Please include at least one picture of the initial boot logo, OSD or a blank boot screen.>> Sincerely, >Scepter Customer Service Be safe to keep the original packaging. Scepter only requests that the monitor be shipped back to them. The RMA process took about three weeks.
