I bought two of these monitors and have used them extensively for all types of work from general business to video editing. They worked fine for a while, although I've had "anomalies" especially in the last few months. They were connected to an Nvidia Quadro P4000 card via DisplayPort connectors. A good resolution is true 4K. Colors were "decent" but clearly not calibrated. But for my purposes it was fine. The price corresponds to a cheap 4K display. Bad: Display "anomalies" include intermittent flickering. Color bars flash here and there, especially during video-intensive tasks. Just enough to be a nuisance, and that was the prelude to ultimate failure. Both monitors failed within a few days, one with the backlight, the other with the motherboard. Attempts to contact Scepter both by email and by phone have been unsuccessful. You will NEVER get anyone on the phone. All numbers and emails seem to go to the same person/place (see website/call). You will achieve nothing! One thing to note with these particular devices is that power is supplied directly to the rear of the monitor (e.g. no power supply) so there is a 'hot' and 'cold' leg on the motherboard. I wonder if this is due to the poor reliability since the power conversion is done on the same board that drives the video signal. Although I don't necessarily regret the purchase based on the specs as they were so cheap, I wouldn't buy them again, anything more expensive from this company. A little research reveals that they are not as big as their market presence suggests. You see them as often as Samsung, LG or even other no-name companies like TCL and AOC, and they have great specs but little behind the name. Since I now have to buy two more monitors, I let myself go. for a genuine brand that offers the best reliability and support. I really wanted the scepter to work for me, but unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for in the long run.
