Review on Accord LMS by Steve French

Our school uses Accord LMS as our main platform for training purposes. We have multiple users throughout the organization with differing levels of access. The best thing about Accord is that they are constantly updating the product so it's always current. There aren't any cons really. It's great. I would say that some of the newer features could be easier to navigate. For instance, when entering an audio file into a class it would be nice to know which tab the file was in so that we can get there quicker. We're able to train employees on new systems and then evaluate their knowledge through surveys and quizzes. This makes it easy to track progress throughout the year as well as give them immediate feedback if they fall behind.
