I bought these to make small keto desserts. They're the perfect size for fat bombs, mini cakes, candy, etc. As with most silicone baking pans, you should place them on a flat baking sheet before filling to prevent them from collapsing when placed in the fridge or freezer. It wasn't a problem for me. My desserts popped right out with a little pressure on the bottom. My desserts look professional and I love the portion control I get with these little mini molds. Cleaning is pretty easy; just put them in the sink, fill the molds with soapy water and clean the individual cups with a sponge. I am very happy with this purchase.
