This does NOT stop a child’s head from going under water
My 21 month old went right under water when we briefly checked to see if this would keep her afloat. What is the point to a life vest if it doesn’t keep the baby above water? It’s completely useless and within 5 minutes she figured how to unzip it and take it off without an adults help.
