Review on πŸ”Œ Vintage Caster Socket Replacements - Classic Castors by Bob Schultz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Opened the box and rolled them straight onto

I brought them home, opened the box, they were on my coffee table in less than an hour. They are definitely beautiful and go very well with the picture. A seam is visible on the black plastic ball portion of the wheels. In case it bothered you. It really isn't noticeable once it's in place. The locking mechanism on the wheels doesn't seem to hold up very well. I haven't tried locking them that often, but they seem a bit flimsy. They roll very smoothly and pleasantly. Installation was a bit annoying. So the supplied bolts were fictitious when mounting the wheels, but I would have liked to have bought bolts made of a stronger material and maybe with a larger head. I was always afraid the screw would break the metal it was so soft. Some of the screw tips were also fairly flat. There were more than 16 of them, but at least 16 were working. I definitely recommend buying a kebab for yourself. The material I encountered wasn't all that difficult, and it would probably be a lot worse with other materials. With that I was able to put the wheels on using the awl that came with it. wasn't the easiest thing in the world, was some sort of curse. It would probably be easier to buy screws instead. Aside from the screws being slightly different, installation was easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a screwdriver. /can I add wheels?"
