Wide ankle is good for me
Shoes feel durable when my daughter goes on short hikes. Good grip, which was important to me. However, there are no laces so you can't tighten her legs. The only strap that can be tightened on the leg is at the ankle. My daughter has a narrow foot so I'm sure she feels free in the boot. This should be done for a child with a wide foot. There should be laces to tighten the legs. But overall good quality for the price.
