My husband and I love to cook and have had several timers over the years. While visiting a friend who works as a chef in Cambridge, England, we saw his digital egg timer and knew we wanted one. We love that you can change the time in 10 second or minute increments. Great for grilling. For example, if you set it to 2 minutes, just press stop when the bell rings, turn the bowl over and press start again. The alarm clock is also quite loud. Our friends have had theirs for years. We hope ours will last just as long. And honestly, it's fun to have a timer in such a playful shape. gotta love it!
