we really wanted to like it. My son is new to Xbox and when he got the Switch he was looking for a remote that would give him the same feel on the Switch as he does on the XBox. Within a week of receiving this, his top bumper buttons failed. When used, it acted like holding it down, rendering games unplayable. I called support and they replaced it very quickly which was much appreciated. Fast forward 3 months. This time the new remote worked longer, but now the same problem has appeared. We will not replace this brand and will look for something else that could possibly work. We had high hopes for that. But fool me, shame on you. Twice --- no thanks.
