The three AAA batteries are NOT included, even though the instructions say they are.
They are really bright, and so far, they haven't leaked. The problem is, if you drop them in the pool BEFORE you turn them on, you better be ready to fish them out. The remote won't work in even 3 feet of water. That, and the lack of batteries are the only negatives so far.
