Ok I hope no one minds but I ordered a size up because all the customer reviews said this shirt is too small and oversized. The shirt for sleeping is huge. I usually wear a medium size so after reading all the reviews I bought this shirt in size XL and it was just sooo big. Unfortunately, even a large one would be too large. I'm sure a medium would fit me, I'm 5ft 6" and 145cm tall. Also, this shirt was quite thin. Although very soft.
