Of all the calf compression pads I've tried, these are the only ones that really make a difference. I get a cleft shin from running and kicking a lot (Muay Thai). Wearing them frequently minimizes shin splints and makes them go away much faster. Sometimes I only wear them to workout. Sometimes I wear them all day as there is a lot on my feet. I've tried wearing them on one leg rather than the other to see the effect they have and can definitely say they work. This is an effective compression sleeve and the only brand that has really helped my shin. Would recommend to anyone who needs them for these or varicose veins.
