Review on 👗 Alivila.Y Women's Steampunk Gothic Skirt with Victorian Ruffles and Pirate Style Wrap Cape by Lisa Collins

This cape is more like an extra bra-skirt to fill out your bottom. The cloak does not fully wrap around my shoulders to cover the front. It's on the outer edge of my shoulders, and that's where the opaque material ends. There is a tulle mesh that adds volume to the bottom. I would prefer something that completely covers the front of my body, but I still keep it as part of my wardrobe.
