Review on ๐Ÿ”ง High-Quality 20"/26" Inner Tubes, Pack of 2 - Schrader Valve (32mm) for BMX Bikes, Perfect for Kids & Adults by Steve Hauck

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It still works. . .

I have an old 2 wheel garden cart that needs new tires and inner tubes. The cart contained 26 x 2125 tires that are primarily for mountain bikes, so I needed an inner tube rated for a wide tire. There were many tubes to choose from and I had a hard time deciding which would best suit this car. And to complicate matters, many of the tubes I reviewed had negative reviews about leaking or about to burst. Since all tubes I buy are heavily used (I load this cart) I was very careful ordering tubes when more than one person complained that they were leaking. . .or, worse yet, break. After a long search I took the plunge and bought this one. He didn't have any reviews yet, but the description said these lamps were "premium" quality and the price wasn't bad. I didn't want cheap tubes. Each tube was contained in individual cartons that were contained within a clear plastic bag. Without the product description sticker on the plastic bag, I would have no way of knowing whether or not I actually received the right product. . .because almost all the inscriptions on the boxes are in Chinese. . .or I think it's Chinese. These whistles were made in China. . .and is said to have been sold in China as well. So... .If you can't read Chinese, don't plan to read the installation instructions on the box - if there is one. I can not say. However, the seller was kind enough to write instructions on the product page, so check the installation instructions there. I know a lot of people are unhappy with Chinese products, but I've had a lot of Chinese products that have held up well, so Chinese-made pipes didn't bother me. When it came time to replace the old tires and tubes on my garden cart, I took the tubes out of the box and examined them carefully. They seemed solid enough and certainly didn't seem badly constructed. Before I bought them I tried a few whistles from Walmart but they were too cheap and narrow for what I needed. I have to say I was quite impressed with these whistles. After removing the old tires and inner tubes from the car and fitting the new tires - halfway through of course - I set about installing the inner tubes. I first filled them with a small amount of air, which is recommended, and checked for leaks. There were no leaks so I went ahead and put them on the tires. After installing everything, I fully inflated the tubes. No leaks, bulges or any negative issues. I put about 45-50 psi in each tube, well below the maximum listed on the product page: 560 kPa (kilopascals), which is 81 psi. These tubes have been on my trolley for a few months now and have withstood heavy use without leaking or cracking. For mid psi ranges I can attest to the durability of these tubes but cannot speak for their strength and durability in the higher psi ranges. In general I am satisfied with them and I hope that they will continue to serve me well. Since they work as expected and without any problems, I give them five stars.
