Installed for 2012 Hyundai Elantra. After replacing two lightbulbs in a year for a proclaimed 'long life', it's time to switch to an alternative. Brightness compared to incandescent bulbs, I can't support the "1000 lumens" claim. The brightness does not exceed 450 lumens, which are designed for incandescent lamps. Out of curiosity, I also installed it in the middle brake light to compare it with the brightness of the existing bulb. Almost the same brightness. However, I'm happy to give 5 stars for two main characteristics: the cooling of the bulbs after 5 minutes of use on the turn signals and the clarity of the light, rather than the spread of light seen with incandescent bulbs looking straight into the light from behind, each around approximately 25 degrees to the left and right. It's not entirely legal, but the hyper flashing really helps to let others know I'm changing lanes within 100-300 feet. I can't say I have low fluid in the turn signals. Hyper-blinking can put drivers into a hypnotic state with minimal retinal burn (a circle of light imprinted in the field of vision after staring at a light source for too long).
