The ease of use and the good support from the team. MaintMaster is very easy to learn, but also has many options for specialised users. The price is not cheap, so it's important to choose an option that fits your needs. All our facilities can be easily managed with this software. The best thing is that you get everything included, you don't need to buy extra things. The only thing I dislike is having to pay extra to install a third party control panel for our security cameras which are controlled by a Raspberry Pi. This allows us to have full remote access to the cameras which helps us manage them better. Our facility is now more secure and we're able to remotely monitor people who enter without using our doors. The best part is that it's very easy to use, especially for those who are not familiar with computers or using software like this before! I think some of its functions could be more user-friendly but overall we love how everything works together so seamlessly!! It helps us keep track easily when working remotely as well because you can log into your computer from anywhere at anytime through our website (which also gives me peace knowing my employees cannot access sensitive information).
