I ordered this as a replacement after my Medicool's turbo file II stopped working properly. Compared to my Medicool turbo filing machine, the Nail Master machine has about the same speed capabilities which is great, very quiet until you crank it to max speed. FYI: The not-so-good part is that it tends to stop at you when you're getting a pedicure and trying to get rid of dry skin or calluses on your feet, especially if you're pressing it against your skin to get closer, never mind how fast you drive But it still works very well, that's the only downside I've noticed so far.
