Review on Buckle Down Seatbelt Dog Collar Dogs by Missy Carter

Okay, totally my fault, but I ordered a large collar thinking it would fit my furbaba perfectly. Well it turns out his neck is naturally only 1-1.5 inches smaller lol! And of course I completely forgot about the return window and I've been going through it for about a month now. Well, I contacted support via email and explained the situation. I liked the collar (I also bought the leash) and didn't want to return it or anything, just wanted to change it. Well 1 day has passed and they have already sent me a new collar of the size I need! I liked the product beforehand so I bought it lol. When I received it I loved it! It's suburban quality, very durable, and the "seat belt buckle" concept is amazing! The design is perfectly matched (vintage American flag) and the design quality is 10/10! After the response I received regarding the "my fault" issue, I will never buy a product from any other company again; As long as Buckle-Down sells it, they have my business! I will personally recommend this company and their products to every furry parent I know! (and to be honest even if nothing could be done to solve my problem I would still 100% recommend it just based on the quality/durability of the product) I would also like to say a personal thank you to Lorenzo Colon. Your response was by far the best I have ever received from any company! They are 10 out of 5 stars in my book! 👍🏼
