I buy this for my husband because we go out every night after dinner but his back hurts so much it makes it difficult for him to continue this routine. It might be because my husband is too tall, but that doesn't matter. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 320 pounds. Maybe I was expecting too much to hope this would help ease the pain. It would be nice if it helped a little, but it didn't help. However the quality of the belt seems very good and I can see how it can help someone who has back pain but is not overweight. Incidentally, we paid attention to putting it on correctly and also tried to put on a belt over the navel and well below the navel. Nothing changed the fact that his back still hurt when he walked.
